Located on the Batinah coast of Oman, our fourteen acre stud and racing farm is one of the biggest and most successful enterprises in the whole of the middle east region. Lush grass paddocks for the mares and foals, stallions and colts allowed their freedom, purpose built stables and barns made from natural stone, a race track on the door step and hundreds of miles of riding country outside our fence. What more could one ask for!

Owned by Susan and Sally Jesson-Ward who need no intrduction to the Arabian horse community, coming to Oman many years ago to manage the Royal Stud Farm of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.

Aseel Arabian Stud ownership is from Great Britain and came to Oman to manage the Royal Stud Farm of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, almost 25 years ago.

It was their vision that brought the phenomenally successful Nenuphar Al Maury from France in 1988 to the Sultanate of Oman for His Majesty, where he has founded a dynasty of successful racing Arabian horses.

They are experts in breeding the best Arabian horses for all disciplines, including showing in hand, racing and endurance. Their successful enterprise in the UK was well known in the racing world, having raced at well known tracks such as Kempton Park, Goodwood, Newbury, Market Rasen to name a few.

The British show circuit saw them in the championship line-up with their champion bred stock and foundation stallion Shahid Mikkeli, season after season. They are Life Members of the Arabian Horse Society of Great Britain and Susan is an official show judge and Sally is an accomplished racehorse trainer.

The exciting breeding project concentrates on the very best and most successful proven bloodlines. For racing this means stakes and group 1 winners from France and the USA, and not just for the sire but on both sides of the pedigree!

For showing in hand, we insist on producing foals with faultless conformation, the most beautiulf heads, an extended jowl, a perfect topline and of course extremely marketable in the ever changing world of Show Horse Fashion.

Endurance race horses are Made not born, but we do a pretty good job of producing top class endurance foals, and we also do a pretty good job of competing in long distance racing, including the most gruelling of all competitions - the Arab Horse Society Marathon. Aseel Arabian breeding and racing stables have teamed up with the well known Centurion Stud, Texas, USA successful breeders of pure Arabian horses who excel on the track and in the breeding barn. Owned and managed by Eric and Randi Moreau-Sipiere their horses have consistently made their mark around the world, particularly the Middle East.
